About the role

- The Mechanical Adjuster role plays a vital part in our overall success.
- Mechanical Adjusters are responsible for operating, adjusting, and repairing production machinery used in the manufacture of ammunition.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic maintenance activities to the point where maintenance cannot be accomplished effectively and efficiently without the assistance of the Maintenance Mechanic.
- The Kinetic Group is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of small caliber ammunition under the iconic brands B&P, CCI, Federal Premium, Fiocchi, HEVI-Shot, Remington and Speer.
Requirements
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or equivalent technical degree
- Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old
Nice to have
- Start at $24.62/hour plus applicable shift differential with the first 90 day increase to $28.06 and additional increases every 90 days based on performance, up to $35.77!
Compensation
- $23.90 - $34.73 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
