About the role
- Mangrove's modular solution can be scaled to any capacity and co-located with upstream lithium producers or cathode and cell manufacturers.

- In this role, you will be responsible for conducting performance tests on electrochemical cells, analyzing data, and analytical chemistry efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support R&D projects involving process development and material characterization
- Perform regular calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and optimization of processes or products
- Conferring with scientists and engineers to analyze, interpret, and develop tests.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in a laboratory setting
- Hands-on experience with instrumental and wet analytical techniques
Nice to have
- Associate degree in chemical technology or related fields is preferred.

- Salary range for this position will be $ 6 5 - $ 90 k depending on experience and skills.
