Responsibilities
- As an industry leader in Multi-Family, HOA, Commercial, and Hospitality exterior renovations, we deliver large-scale projects with the quality, professionalism, and follow-through our clients count on.

- This role requires a leader with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in the Northern California market, who can navigate complex projects and lead teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in exterior multi -family / commercial construction.
- Extensive experience in roofing, carpentry / siding, windows/doors, and exterior painting on multi-level structures.
- Ability to travel within Arizona and boarding states on a regular basis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different types of terrain.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, safety meeting logs and required documents, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale exterior renovation projects from inception to completion.
Nice to have
- Requirements and Preferences for the Superintendent Role: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- equivalent work experience considered.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.

Compensation
- Salary, starting at $80,000+ depending on skill level.
