Responsibilities
- We support our clients with a strong recruitment model and a sincere commitment to their success, which is why more than 75% of our clients rank us amongst their top three staffing suppliers.
- Able to create and maintain documents in Word, Excel, etc.
Requirements
- This is a business (as opposed to technical) role, A recent college grad with maybe a couple of years of experience, willingness to learn, and excellent soft skills would be the ideal fit.
Skills
- Performing manual data corrections, both proactively and in responsive to problem tickets
- Identifying data-quality trends which may indicate application or system-integration defects
- Tracking identified data-quality issues for resolution
- Coordinating with information-technology resources to prioritize system/integration issues for resolution
- Developing and maintaining procedural documentation around data-corrections processes
- Representing the BI organization on initiatives which impact customer data
- Training incoming team members in these job functions
- Participating in other Business Intelligence data-quality initiatives as needed
