About the role
- Position Purpose The Combination Welding Instructor is accountable for ensuring students receive quality education through effective in- class instruction, hands-on training, and up-to-date learning materials and resources.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain academic and attendance records for student files.
- Maintain a neat and orderly classroom and lab.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
- Required to pass 3G and 4G weld tests in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) at interview.
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on practical, related work experience in welding is required
- Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently and as collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Submit attendance, grades, student evaluation and all other required documents/reports per established procedures.

- Full-Time (FT) Day Shift:
- Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Full-Time (FT) Evening Shift:
- Monday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- The hourly range pays up to $30.00 an hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
