This position plays a crucial role as the entry point for sell-side transactions, and facilitating seamless contract flow across the lifecycle.

You must have at 3-5 years of relevant experience.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must have the ability to carefully proofread and pay close attention to detail.
You must have excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
You must be service-oriented, have a positive attitude, collaborate with others effectively, and have the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You must be proactive and solution oriented.
As such, applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
Marvell may be required to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State.

You must have a bachelor's degree, and a paralegal certificate is preferred.
You must be comfortable with technology and have a mastery of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn and use contracts lifecycle management systems and applications, including new AI/Legal Ops tools.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
