About the role

  • This role sits at the intersection of measurement, tracking infrastructure, and analytics leadership, the connective tissue between the data our clients see and the decisions our media teams make.
  • Approximately 70% of the workday on a computer and 30% interacting with team members or clients.
  • What You Will Bring: Core Experience (5-8+ years) Paid media, ad operations, marketing analytics, or measurement with hands-on ownership of tracking and reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain client-side and server-side tracking (GTM web/server containers, dataLayers, Conversions APIs-Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced, TikTok Events API)
  • Own GA4 implementation and lead end-to-end tag QA
  • Own reporting architecture, dashboards, and automated data pulls (paid, CRM, web analytics)
  • Build and scale AI-assisted reporting processes and manage connector tools (Supermetrics, PowerMyAnalytics)
  • Lead performance reporting and trend analysis for clients and internal leadership
  • Own attribution modeling (multi-touch, data-driven) and incrementality testing (geo holdouts, conversion lift)
  • Build and maintain CRM/first-party data connections to media platforms (Customer Match, Meta Custom Audiences/CAPI, offline conversions)
  • Own data feed setup, management, and optimization across accounts; troubleshoot disapprovals and rejections
  • Manage budget pacing with dashboards and alerts
  • Build ad scripts and rules-based automation to reduce manual upkeep

Requirements

  • Office hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET rare overtime and weekend work may be required, during peak seasonal periods.
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, web development, computer science, or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

  • GA4 fluency required
  • Adobe Analytics a plus
  • Platform certifications a plus: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Tag Manager

Skills

  • Google Tag Manager (including server-side containers, dataLayers, UTM governance, HTML/JavaScript, and basic server/cloud concepts)

Compensation

  • This role has a target salary range of $70,000.00 CAD - $100,000.00 CAD.

  • Placement within this range is based on relevant skills, directly applicable experience, and depth of expertise.
  • Candidates with solid experience that meets most, but not all, role requirements typically fall near the mid-point of the range.
