- Job Description: Super Steel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic steel fabrication environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience in forklift repairs, machine maintenance, and plumbing.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other industrial equipment.
- Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify defects and implement necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of repairs performed.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with forklift repair and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant vocational training or certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- plumbing experience preferred.
