TRM Labs is looking for an Ecosystem Marketing Lead, Beacon Network to scale TRM's intelligence-sharing network across crypto exchanges, financial institutions, wallet providers, and adjacent compliance and risk teams.
you set the strategy, run the member acquisition motion, drive the engagement loop, ship the ecosystem marketing program, and report on the metrics that matter.
Own the top of the funnel for Beacon Network membership. Set the baseline, the quarterly targets, and the channel mix that lifts active member count across exchanges, FIs, wallet providers, and adjacent compliance / risk teams.
Coordinate with the Chainabuse Growth Lead (sister role) and the broader Marketing org on shared community surfaces, shared events, and consistent category positioning.

5+ years marketing experience, with at least one role scaling an enterprise member network, industry consortium, or B2B community on a measurable baseline.
A public-facing track record you can point to: members you acquired, networks you grew, events you ran, communities you built.
Track record running peer roundtables, exec dinners, or industry-event programs end-to-end without a dedicated Events team.
Work that often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity

Demonstrated AI fluency. Comfortable using AI tools daily across content, research, outreach, event briefs, and analytics.

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The compensation details listed in this posting reflect the US base salary only.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
