About the role
- Gravity Research is looking for a highly organized, curious, and client-minded Revenue Operations Associate to join our Partnerships and Strategy team.
Responsibilities
- Implement productivity-enhancing AI, exploring and implementing workflows to automate routine data entry, meeting summarization, and task tracking
- Proposal & Revenue Support
- Support the SVP in developing client-facing proposals, including drafting proposal language and tailoring supporting materials to individual client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposal activity, account details, and opportunity status in ChurnZero, ensuring the SVP has a clear and current view of the pipeline at all times
- Assist in developing and maintaining a library of reusable proposal templates and collateral that the broader revenue team can draw from
- Strategic Executive & Scheduling Support
- Support the development of internal materials, briefings, and client-facing collateral as needed
- Help manage cross-functional coordination on projects, keeping timelines on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
