Requirements

  • Required: Doctorate in the related field.
  • A master's degree with significant (10+ years) professional industry experience in the subject area will be considered in lieu of a doctorate.
  • Required: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience applying subject concepts in a business or research setting.
  • Must be professional in all communications as a representative of the senior administrative team.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Language Skills: This position requires the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.

Nice to have

  • Prior teaching, training, or adjunct faculty experience in related subjects.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex management concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to facilitate virtual team simulations and guide students through conflict resolution and negotiation scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with working on real-world business datasets and solving industry-specific problems.
  • Preferred: Prior teaching, training, or adjunct faculty experience in related subjects.
