Requirements
- Required: Doctorate in the related field.
- A master's degree with significant (10+ years) professional industry experience in the subject area will be considered in lieu of a doctorate.
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience applying subject concepts in a business or research setting.
- Must be professional in all communications as a representative of the senior administrative team.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Language Skills: This position requires the ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
Nice to have
- Prior teaching, training, or adjunct faculty experience in related subjects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex management concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to facilitate virtual team simulations and guide students through conflict resolution and negotiation scenarios.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with working on real-world business datasets and solving industry-specific problems.
- Preferred: Prior teaching, training, or adjunct faculty experience in related subjects.
