Responsibilities
- As an HR Generalist at Grimco, you'll own a geographic territory in the US - half the country - and serve as the go-to HR partner for the managers and employees in your region.

- Territory HR Partnership
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager concerns within your territory - workplace conflicts, performance issues, policy questions, and conduct matters
- Guide managers through difficult conversations with sound, consistent advise
- Coordinate open enrollment processes and ensure timely communication to employees
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
