About the role

This role serves as a senior technical contributor and mentor within the infrastructure team, driving cloud modernization, operational excellence, infrastructure automation, and continuous improvement across Azure-based and hybrid environments.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, automation, CI/CD, and enterprise cloud operations.

Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available Microsoft Azure infrastructure supporting mission-critical financial services applications.
Implement cloud architecture best practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, resiliency, and governance.
Collaborate with application, security, compliance, and operations teams to align cloud solutions with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
Implement and manage identity, access management, encryption, logging, monitoring, and security controls.
Support incident response activities, root cause analysis, and infrastructure reliability improvements.
Develop and maintain cloud standards, operational procedures, architecture documentation, and technical runbooks.
Design and support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions aligned with RPO/RTO objectives.

Deep expertise with
Azure Compute Azure Storage Azure Networking Azure Identity Services Azure Containers Azure Serverless Technologies Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.

Minimum 3+ years of production experience with Terraform and Azure Bicep.
Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise.
