- As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions by designing and executing comprehensive testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to understand business requirements and testing scope.
- Design comprehensive positive and negative manual test cases.
- Develop and maintain manual test scripts, expected results, and test data.
- Execute manual test cases and accurately document test results.
- Maintain regression test suites as new functionality is introduced.
- Mentor and perform peer reviews for less experienced QA Analysts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
Compensation
- 58,100.00 - 80,000.00 - 100,00.00 USD Annual
- Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
