About the role
- A high-ownership generalist who takes on whatever matters most at the time.
- The mandate is broad and shifts as we grow: one week it's a growth experiment, the next it's standing up financial reporting or untangling a messy operational problem.
Responsibilities
- This is hands-on work across every business function - operations, finance, growth, marketing, sales, support, product, fundraising, etc.
- Own ambiguous tasks end-to-end - figure out the path when there's no playbook, then close them
- Drive follow-ups across the team so deadlines, owners, and decisions don't slip
- Own high-impact problems end-to-end - diagnose, build the fix, ship it, mostly on your own
- Build and automate the systems and processes we're missing
- Own the metrics and targets for an area and report on what's working
Compensation
- $25k-$80k
