- This position is listed in San Jose, CA (Blossom Hill) Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store's performance goals.
- Take the lead at the center of where it all happens - our retail stores.
- With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you'll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology.
- In this role, you'll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
- You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed.

Compensation
- $57,000.00 - $85,600.00 AT&T and its subsidiaries are committed to equal employment opportunity.
- Taking initiative and striving and creating results Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $57,000 - $85,600 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.
- Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
