About the role
- These programs will focus on the implementation of AI and other bleeding-edge technologies, ensure successful adoption and integration within our clients' organizations, and measure and report on the value generated through these transformational efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more work streams on the different components of OCM activities (change management, organizational alignment, communications, training, and value realization).
- Develop and execute communication plans tailored to the specific needs of AI and real-time technology implementations.
- Establish and execute plans to expand stakeholder awareness and support of transformational initiatives and identify additional use cases to increase scale and return.
- Design and deliver training programs that equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize new AI and real-time technologies.
- Develop and deploy user adoption strategies to ensure seamless integration of innovative technologies and drive user engagement.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.
- Lead internal and client teams through processes, providing coaching as needed to ensure a cohesive approach and skills development.
- Desire to develop teams and mentor and assist in the professional development of junior staff members.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and executing value frameworks, organizational reporting, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a client-facing leadership role.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
