  • Focus on analytics and attribution. Lean into reporting, data, and attribution to showcase the business impact of your work. Build dashboards, analyze results, and adjust strategies to get smarter and drive better outcomes.
  • Innovate and experiment. Stay on the cutting edge of what's next in search and customer journeys. Contribute to internal R&D, explore smarter ways to deliver client value, and test new service offerings.
  • Ship high-quality work. Ensure client deliverables - from foundational SEO audits to creative new tools and campaigns - meet the highest standards and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • From technical SEO to content strategies and CRO experiments, you have a deep knowledge of organic growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • You can present to executives (CEOs, CMOs, and VPs) and dive into the details with other SEO and growth professionals and analysts.
  • You can operate at 30,000 feet and 500 feet.
