Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on fullstack development.
- Deep expertise in Python for backend development and scripting.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and Vue.js, along with ES6 and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and modern DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with Cloud Computing and Serverless Architecture, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
- You have solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- You have customer first mindset and a devotion to customer service
- Experience developing and optimizing code using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Strong experience in database design and management, including both RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
- You think about how to scale, automate and operate, not just how to build a solution to an immediate problem
- You understand lean thinking
