- Full time NEW JOB PURPOSE: The Manager's responsibilities will include both technical and supervisory duties.
- Responsible for the on-site technical training and development of all laboratory technicians at the practice as well as the implementation of new products and technologies.

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and relationship-building skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
- Competitive spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed goals
- Availability to work full time, Monday through Friday, during the business hours of the lab and practice
- Significant employment experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
- Denture and implant experience preferred, but implant experience is not a requirement.
- Same-day denture experience is a bonus, but not required.
- A minimum of ten years of hands-on technical experience with at least two years serving in a technical supervision or management capacity.
