Requirements
- An associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
- Up to two years of experience in accounts payable, expense reporting, or a similar accounting support role (internship or coursework experience welcome)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and keep pace in a fast-moving environment without losing accuracy
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel)
- familiarity with accounting, expense-reporting, or AP software is a plusAn associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- The role also requires the ability to lift and carry small parcels or packages and walk short distances

Skills
- Process invoices, statements, payments, and expenditures accurately and on time
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports with account balances
- Review employee expense reports and communicate exceptions for timely resolution
- Respond to vendor inquiries, help ensure prompt payment, and follow up on outstanding credits
- Identify opportunities to make the payment process more efficient and reliable
