About the role

  • Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.
  • You will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and our global development network, translating insights into actionable solutions.
  • Your ability to investigate workflows, communicate professionally, and foster long-term relationships will be key to ensuring adoption and growth within the CLO ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Client Success & Strategy - Develop and execute adoption strategies and implementation plans for enterprise partners. Build strong trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their success and continuous growth.
  • Event & Engagement - Lead user engagement initiatives, including conferences, workshops, and community-building events.

  • ▶ Marvelous Designer ( www.marvelousdesigner.com ): 3D costume production software that can create, modify, and recycle 3D costume modeling and simulation in games, movies, and animation.
  • A cloud-based communication platform that can manage data provision, etc. in one place.
  • Deliver impactful training sessions and demos tailored to executive teams and end-users.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the fashion industry with strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
  • ▶ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as we are unable to provide work visas.

Nice to have

  • familiarity with 2D or 3D CAD tools is a plus.
  • Plus if you have
  • Language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Compensation

  • $60k-$75k
