About the role
- Department: Engineering Reports To: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer III serves as a senior technical leader responsible for improving manufacturing capability, driving continuous improvement, mentoring Manufacturing Engineers, and partnering cross-functionally to increase quality, efficiency, and throughput.
- This role leads complex process improvement initiatives while supporting production, new product introduction, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Key Responsibilities • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost. • Mentor and develop Manufacturing Engineers
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
- Mentor and develop Manufacturing Engineers through coaching, training, and technical leadership.
- Lead and facilitate PFMEAs while coaching Engineering and Quality teams on best practices.
