Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
- Respond to inbound leads within minutes
- Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
- We're a rapidly expanding roofing company looking for an Inside Sales / CSR Representative who's ready to dominate the phones, convert leads fast, and rise to the top.

Compensation
- First-Year Earnings:
- $52,000-$65,000 base (depending on experience)
- Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions
- Performance bonuses
- 0.25 % of sold jobs booked during regular hours
- 0.75 % of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
