- Leverage your technical ability and customer service skills to ensure local businesses have properly working coffee equipment so everyone can enjoy iconic brands like Folgers and Café Bustelo.
Responsibilities
- Lead the equipment service business for corporations in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
- Perform scheduled service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, machine removals, asset management, and emergency service requests.
- Manage equipment inventories including quarterly warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed.
- Document proper procedures including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities.
Requirements
- Ability to provide a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including lifting up to 75 pounds and driving on a frequent basis
- Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month (on-call duties are covered by a rotational program)
