About the role
- As a Production Associate II, you will be part of a team that is crucial to the successful and efficient functioning of Compassion's distribution center.
- The associate must also track accurately and report on capacity, efficiency, usage, production and expense data daily, weekly and monthly to inform leadership decisions.
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children.
Responsibilities
- This associate processes package shipments, bulk mailings, and letters with a high attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness in support of Compassion's marketing and communication efforts.
- May provide some general administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience and comfort effectively using multiple and varied software applications to support efficient workflow execution and operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Basic Excel and data management skills, including the ability to understand and troubleshoot formulas, identify broken or inefficient formulas, and recommend improved spreadsheet solutions.
- Ability to consolidate data from multiple spreadsheets into master reporting files
Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $19.37 - $22.76.
