Responsibilities
- Discuss and negotiate compensation to build a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree with 2-5 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4-7 years of relevant work experience in a sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or customer‑facing role
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM systems to manage candidates and documentation

- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
