- Job Description Dewberry is seeking an experienced Civil/Highway Program Manager to join our growing team in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
- In this highly visible leadership role, you'll manage complex transportation infrastructure projects, expand Dewberry's presence across New England, strengthen client relationships, and help build and lead a high-performing team.

- Lead and manage large-scale highway, roadway, and transportation infrastructure projects from planning through design and delivery.
- Prepare and oversee design plans, engineering estimates, technical specifications, and project reports.
- Develop conceptual and final roadway designs, including alignments, grading, drainage, utilities, traffic control, construction staging, signage, and pavement markings.
- Drive business development initiatives that expand market presence and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on client strategies, capture plans, proposals, and pursuit efforts.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team in partnership with Operations and HR.
Requirements
- Required Skills & Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Massachusetts Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 15+ years of experience in transportation, highway, roadway, or related civil engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; local travel required.
Compensation
