- GENERAL SUMMARY The Quality Associate/Inspector tests product batches audits and monitors manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Tests production maintains Certificates of Analysis (COA) from suppliers.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
- Document inspection results, discrepancies, and corrective actions in accordance with established quality management systems.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Maintain and complete all required Quality Control documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate non-conformance and defect reports as required.
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, and other required safety gear.
