  • The Games Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) is responsible for budgets and forecasts, management reporting, and long-range planning for our Games business.

Responsibilities

  • Create clear, compelling narratives and presentations that communicate complex financial analyses and recommendations to senior executives
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to deliver insights, and facilitate trade-off discussions, scenario plans, opportunity size, etc.
  • Build and establish new workflows, financial dashboards, and reporting to support Games leadership decision-making, bringing structure to a data and systems environment that is still evolving
  • Drive creation, standardization, and automation of management reporting in dashboards, reports, & templates.

Requirements

  • Superior proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with expertise in building and managing complex financial models
  • Proven ability to integrate GenAI and automation into your daily workflow to accelerate data analysis, surface insights with higher velocity, and transform manual tasks into scalable solutions
  • Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively autonomously.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience with proven track record in financial and strategic analyses
  • FP&A or strategic finance experience in Games preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with strong knowledge of accounting and the highest standards of integrity and ethics
  • familiarity with financial systems such as Anaplan, TM1, Looker, and Tableau is a plus
