- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Create an open line of communication, encouraging participants to voice their preferences and limitations.
Requirements
- Additional responsibilities include: In-depth knowledge of Vinyasa Yoga principles, techniques, and sequencing.
- Strong ability to demonstrate and instruct safe and effective yoga postures.
Nice to have
- Valid certification from a recognized yoga school (RYT-200 or higher preferred).
