About the role

  • The Senior Associate operates independently and serves as an escalation point for release risks, conflicts, and readiness concerns.
  • Release Manager - Senior Associate (Program Delivery | Quality, Delivery, and Release Management)

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of enterprise‑wide and domain‑aligned releases across product and technology teams.
  • Own and govern release calendars, ensuring visibility, alignment, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead release readiness reviews, validating testing completion, approvals, and operational preparedness.
  • Proactively identify and manage release risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies.
  • Partner with program delivery leads, domain owners, QA, and operations teams to drive aligned release execution.
  • Support leadership forums with release insights and recommendations.
  • Own release performance metrics including success rates, collisions, readiness, and post‑release stability.
  • Analyze trends and drive improvements to release planning and coordination processes.

Skills

  • Strong experience in Release Management, Program Delivery, or IT Operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (Release and Change Management, ITSM workflows, reporting).
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog, work item, and release coordination.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and enterprise release governance practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience operating in global or distributed delivery environments.
  • Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in release management, program delivery, or IT operations roles.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating enterprise or quarterly release cycles.
  • ITIL or Service Management certification preferred.
