About the role

Responsibilities
- Project Management responsibilities that include conducting and managing all phases of a project from concept through all design phases, construction documentation, specification preparation, bidding, and construction administration.
- Mentor, manage and train Designers.

- This is an experienced role that requires technical expertise in site design where the candidate will be independently managing projects and training Designers at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field of study
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and VantagePoint.
- Knowledge of plant materials commonly used in the region.
- Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license in respective state.
- Excellent graphic skills, both hand and computer generated.
- Knowledgeable of local jurisdiction and state permitting / approval processes.
- Project Management Experience.
