About the role
- You wil also help with the development of longer-term strategy, lending your expertise to influence the creation of physical security solutions that will scale with the company's rapid growth.
- This role requires a seasoned generalist who can confidently handle everything from access control, security technology, and incident response to governance, risk, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee external security vendors, security technology systems (e.g. Verkada, Hivewatch, Envoy), and coordination with building management.
- Partner with local leadership on business continuity and crisis response planning.
- Ability to manage site and regional security programs, including access control, visitor management, risk management, and emergency response with exposure to multi-site environments.
- Experience working with external entities like landlords, construction teams, event vendors, and law enforcement partners.
- The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering.
Requirements
- Contribute to investigations as required.
- Due to the operational nature of this role, it is required in-office 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of experience as a physical security leader in the technology sector, with startup experience preferred.
