Responsibilities

- Develop and manage pre-season and in-season demand forecasts and inventory plans at the category, style, and style-color level, ensuring alignment to financial targets and business strategies
- Manage inventory performance by monitoring demand, supply, and service levels, ensuring alignment to fill rate and inventory targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain-related roles
- Working knowledge of retail math, forecasting techniques, and inventory planning concepts
- Familiarity with merchandising, assortment planning, and retail sales analysis
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
