You should have experience in analysis/research, design, development, intervention, and evaluation of the training's effectiveness.
Design, develop, organize and deliver training programs to train all levels of personnel.
Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
Creates teaching outline in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of training methods.
Formally, document instructional and training design plans in the form of a design document, project plan, or similar.
Develops highly advanced training solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Develop highly advanced measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant and highly advanced training trends and technology.

3 years have supported the Intelligence community.
Travel Required:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
Background in security disciplines to include, but not limited to, program security, security operations and/or processing, adjudications, information assurance, counterintelligence, and insider threat.
TS SCI CI POLY --current and active

The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000.
This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
