Responsibilities
- You should have experience in analysis/research, design, development, intervention, and evaluation of the training's effectiveness.
- Design, develop, organize and deliver training programs to train all levels of personnel.
- Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
- Creates teaching outline in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of training methods.
- Formally, document instructional and training design plans in the form of a design document, project plan, or similar.
- Develops highly advanced training solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
- Develop highly advanced measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant and highly advanced training trends and technology.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience (details above)
- 3 years have supported the Intelligence community.
- Travel Required:
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
- Background in security disciplines to include, but not limited to, program security, security operations and/or processing, adjudications, information assurance, counterintelligence, and insider threat.
- TS SCI CI POLY --current and active

Compensation
- The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000.
- This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
- Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
