Responsibilities
- Manage interactions, check-ins, and appointments with enthusiasm, creating a memorable member journey.
- Navigate order processing, billing wizardry, and maintain an inventory that's always ready for action.
Requirements
- Tuesday - Thursday, 6:50am - 2:00pm, some later hours required for internal meetings and inventory.
Nice to have
- Dive into exciting projects and assignments, showcasing adaptability and a flair for innovation. 🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in related field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
