Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience of how users get access to Pluralsight - login, signup, SSO, and automated provisioning across authentication methods and enterprise identity systems, including emerging methods like AI agent-based access.
- Partner with engineering on provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, and with Sales and Customer Success on how identity requirements factor into enterprise deals and renewals.
- Revenue, Retention & Innovation: Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Analytics to track and lead the business outcomes tied to your product line - including ARR contribution, churn drivers within your product area, and the pipeline of initiatives to improve it.
- Ability to partner with analytics and data teams to define instrumentation requirements, interpret behavioral data, and translate findings into roadmap decisions.
- They deliver important features and further areas of focus that align to our company strategy.
- Their role is to help identify and build frictionless points of engagement with our users.

Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of related or equivalent experience
- or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
- Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of Engineers and Product Designers

- Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors.
Compensation
- The annual US base salary range for this role is $106,000 - $139,400 USD.
