About the role

  • You will be setting the vision and strategy for our net new revenue growth with our Sales organization-we believe that pipeline management and standardized sales processes are the backbone of our ongoing sales and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of skilled Account Executives, hiring top talent and developing existing team members.
  • Establish effective sales processes, methodologies, and enablement programs to drive sales productivity and performance. Continuously optimize to improve sales efficiency and close rates.
  • Define sales territories, quotas, compensation plans, and metrics to drive the right selling behaviors and new customer acquisition.
  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation and campaign efforts with sales priorities. Provide input into ideal customer profiles, messaging, and positioning.
  • Maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers

Requirements

  • Track record of success achieving or exceeding net new revenue growth targets.
  • Knowledge of sales performance optimization and sales enablement best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a high-tech or SaaS company targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong coaching and people leadership abilities. Experience building high-performing sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset. Relies on metrics and analytics to optimize sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead strategic conversations with senior executives.

Compensation

  • Information: $160,000- $200,000
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
  • The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual's location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
