Responsibilities

  • Lead development of a.NET 10 MAUI app for iOS that wraps and extends an existing Blazor web application.
  • Drive the reskinning and enhancement of the web experience to create a polished, native iOS look and feel.
  • Own or guide the technical direction of the solution, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the iOS build and release pipeline, including signing, TestFlight distribution, and App Store readiness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners to align technical execution with business goals.

Requirements

  • The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
  • Senior-level experience with Blazor, including current hands-on expertise with.NET 10.
  • Hands-on experience with.NET MAUI, specifically focused on iOS development.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and release management for iOS.
  • Experience integrating native iOS APIs/plugins into MAUI applications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or owning technical direction for complex software initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Piral (microfrontend) architecture.
  • Android development experience.
  • Experience with App Store publishing, Xcode, Swift, and mobile CI/CD practices.
  • Onshore: US-based and authorized to work in the US.
  • Nearshore: LATAM-based with strong English communication skills and at least 4 hours of overlap with US time zones.

Compensation

  • The base salary for this position is $ 106,087 - $165,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
