Responsibilities
- Lead development of a.NET 10 MAUI app for iOS that wraps and extends an existing Blazor web application.
- Drive the reskinning and enhancement of the web experience to create a polished, native iOS look and feel.
- Own or guide the technical direction of the solution, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the iOS build and release pipeline, including signing, TestFlight distribution, and App Store readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners to align technical execution with business goals.

Requirements
- The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.
- Senior-level experience with Blazor, including current hands-on expertise with.NET 10.
- Hands-on experience with.NET MAUI, specifically focused on iOS development.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and release management for iOS.
- Experience integrating native iOS APIs/plugins into MAUI applications.
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or owning technical direction for complex software initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Piral (microfrontend) architecture.
- Android development experience.
- Experience with App Store publishing, Xcode, Swift, and mobile CI/CD practices.
- Onshore: US-based and authorized to work in the US.
- Nearshore: LATAM-based with strong English communication skills and at least 4 hours of overlap with US time zones.

Compensation
- The base salary for this position is $ 106,087 - $165,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
