Responsibilities
- Partner with global communications, IT, production, HR, and regional teams to improve the employee experience on The Hub and support high-priority internal communications.
- Manage digital signage content through Poppulo by coordinating updates, keeping information current, and partnering with the account manager as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Track record of managing internal communications operations.
- Experience using communications and collaboration platforms such as Qualtrics, Zoom, Wistia, Outlook, SharePoint, Trello, email platforms, and Poppulo.
- Ability to write, edit, and communicate clearly with internal audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to use data and reporting to evaluate communications performance and recommend improvements.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Ability to work in person at the San Francisco headquarters a minimum of three days each week.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.

- Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

- A day in the life
- The Manager, Internal Communications supports employee communications operations that increase engagement, build awareness of company initiatives, and strengthen culture across key internal channels.
- Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, this role partners with global communications, IT, production, HR, and regional colleagues to execute timely and effective communications through email, digital signage, The Hub, town halls, and related platforms.
- The role manages communication operations, mea surement, and technology-enabled execution, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
