About the role
- In addition, the position ensures that all processes and activities comply with Sun Chemical, Federal, State, local policies & regulations and Sun Chemical values for safety, quality, environmental and financial stewardship.
- The New Brunswick operation is a small site that produces high-performance solid pigment preparations for the plastics, coatings & ink industries.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory position in manufacturing
- 5 years of a background in chemical manufacturing industry
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in science/technical field
- Work experience with SAP
- Working knowledge of Chemical Plant Process Safety and safe handling of chemicals
- 5 years of a background in pigment industry
Skills
- Serve as a hands-on leader in all areas of Operations.
- Establish and support a strong safety culture.
- Serve as Process Technology owner, ensuring organizational capability to ensure long-term market viability.
Compensation
- $135k-$165k
