As a SaaS Implementation Manager, you will act as both a project leader and an expert advisor, guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle of Binocs.
Follow and refine Binocs' proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs.

About the role Binocs is our cutting-edge SaaS solution designed to help laboratories and cell & gene therapy teams optimize their scheduling, planning, and resource management.
Your mission will be to tailor and deliver robust Binocs configurations that seamlessly integrate into the customer's business environment, ensuring measurable impact and long-term success.
Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
Clearly communicate project plans, design choices, and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Solution Team to brainstorm and implement optimal Binocs designs.
Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements.
Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments.
We collaborate closely with industry leaders such as Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Bridgestone, AkzoNobel, Beiersdorf, Oatly, and many more, creating partnerships that drive meaningful impact.

As part of the Binocs team, you'll help implement a product that empowers teams across the globe to plan with confidence, improve productivity, and achieve consistently high service levels.

At least 5 to 10 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
Comfort with data analysis and visualization

A Master's degree is preferred
a background in bioengineering, business engineering, or a related field is a strong advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply them effectively.
SaaS Implementation Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of experience in SaaS implementations, management consulting, or a related field.
Hands-on experience configuring and deploying business software solutions.
Technical and Analytical Strengths: Comfort with data analysis and visualization; able to troubleshoot dataflows and interpret dashboards.
Familiarity with business software environments, such as ERP, supply chain, or laboratory systems.
Exceptional Communication
Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Adaptable and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving job responsibilities.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to innovate and improve processes.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
