About the role
- Provide services and support as a Performance Management Training Course Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Performance Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
Responsibilities
- We seek Performance Management Training Course Instructor | Performance Management Training [USARC0015015] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
- Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Performance Management professional specialty Requires expertise in performance planning, SMART objectives, feedback, coaching, employee development, performance evaluation, and accountability frameworks.
- NACI eligibility required
- Teamwork. ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
- Communication. ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
- Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
- Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
- Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together
Nice to have
- 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- instructional certifications preferred.
