About the role
- Our researcher conducts all hands-on experimentation; this role keeps the participant pipeline moving behind the scenes - identifying candidates, reaching out, and scheduling their visits.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time within a ~10 hour/week commitment.
- FL127 is currently building its scientific and technical foundation through a rigorous, hypothesis-driven experimental program.
- We're looking for a detail-oriented Participant Coordinator to manage the logistics of bringing study participants on site.
Requirements
- Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and email.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in clinical research coordination, participant recruitment, or a study/lab setting.
- Familiarity with human-subjects research practices or IRB processes.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $30 - $50 per hour and the contractor will be employed by a third-party staffing company.
- Compensation and benefits information is based on FL127's good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
