Responsibilities
- May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians and support the development of technical skills.
- May assist with managing vendor quality and may perform move-in/move-out inspections.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
- AIR prefers to promote our own teammates whenever possible and provides training and development programs to help prepare you for what's next.

Requirements
- Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- 50% rent discount available at any AIR Community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
Nice to have
- Expected hourly rate of $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
- You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

- Technicians who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $1,500 per quarter.

Compensation
- 15 hours of paid time annually for community service.
