This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, leadership, client partnership, and growth.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-years marketing experience.

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Marketing Principal to lead marketing strategy, client relationships, and account management teams for our Eastern region.
This role is responsible for setting direction, elevating the quality of work, and developing high-performing teams across a portfolio of utility clients and programs.
It is ideal for someone who brings agency experience, strong client leadership skills, and looking for the opportunity to deliver meaningful, high-quality work that makes a real impact.

If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.

The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $109,000- $135,000.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
