About the role

  • Our Growth Marketing Specialist will thrive in the weeds: launching campaigns, pulling keyword reports, adjusting bids, standing up A/B tests, and constantly looking for the next channel or angle to test.
  • You'll work across Google, Meta, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels - we are constantly expanding.

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels (Reddit, ChatGPT, Apple Search Ads).
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, manage bid strategies, and adjust budgets based on performance
  • Help manage day-to-day influencer operations - sourcing/managing relationships with micro-influencers, partner comms, performance monitoring, activation, invoicing
  • Own day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors across podcast, creative, UGC, and affiliate channels - managing deliverables, timelines, and performance accountability
  • Partner with in-house creative and agency teams to analyze what's working across ad creative, identify top performers, and feed data-driven insights back into future creative iterations
  • Paid campaign execution & reporting: Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels (Reddit, ChatGPT, Apple Search Ads).
  • Keyword research & bid management: Conduct ongoing keyword research, manage bid strategies, and adjust budgets based on performance
  • Influencer program support: Help manage day-to-day influencer operations - sourcing/managing relationships with micro-influencers, partner comms, performance monitoring, activation, invoicing
  • Agency & vendor management: Own day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors across podcast, creative, UGC, and affiliate channels - managing deliverables, timelines, and performance accountability
  • Creative performance analysis: Partner with in-house creative and agency teams to analyze what's working across ad creative, identify top performers, and feed data-driven insights back into future creative iterations

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition - internships and agency experience count
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics tools, particularly AppsFlyer and Google Analytics 4

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $150,000 annual base salary
  • Total compensation includes cash compensation, equity, and benefits.
