Responsibilities
- As the Director, Human Resources, you will play a hands-on and strategic role leading and facilitating the planning and day-to-day execution of core HR processes and you will partner with leadership to attract and retain talent and develop organizational and workforce strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Support enterprise-wide succession planning, leadership development, and performance management initiatives to retain top talent.
- Collaborate with company leaders on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management during scale-ups or acquisitions.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a publicly traded organization
- Exceptional presence, and the ability to operate independently.
Skills
- Drive improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
Compensation
- $175,000 - $225,000 USD
