Responsibilities
- Performs physical and computer rounds of capital equipment on a daily basis, noting any deviations or operational concerns, making corrections, and reporting concerns to colleagues and/or supervision
- Utilizes Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings, design specifications, or manufacturers' recommendations to troubleshoot, adjust, and verify systems operation
- Performs water treatment testing on closed loops, cooling towers, and steam boilers. Makes any necessary adjustments to chemical feed equipment, calibrates sensors, maintains softeners, and adds chemicals to systems, as necessary
- Performs preventive maintenance on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, and makes any necessary repairs
Requirements

Compensation
- In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above.
- 12 paid holidays per year
